If you recently joined or renewed ASBMR, please allow up to six hours for your membership status to update.

Please Note: Full meals are not included with meeting registration. Meal packages or food add-on options are not available as part of the registration process, and no additional fees for meals will be collected. Attendees are responsible for making their own meal arrangements. A variety of dining options are available within walking distance of the convention center.

Refunds/Substitutions

Registration refunds for the Annual Meeting will be made if cancellation is received in writing by Tuesday, September 8, 2026. The items listed on the "Additional Fees" page are non-refundable at any time. Only current members at the time of registration are eligible for discounted member registration rates. ASBMR does not refund the difference in registration fees paid by individuals who register as non-members and later apply/are accepted as members. All refunds will be processed after the Annual Meeting and will be assessed a $100 administrative fee.

There is no charge for substitutions. Eligibility requirements for Member or Student rates will apply. Late registration rates may apply to substitutions made after September 25, 2026. Badge sharing is not allowed.

Important Notice: Fraudulent ASBMR 2026 Annual Meeting Emails

ASBMR is aware of a fraudulent email circulating that falsely appears to be from ASBMR President Emma Duncan regarding the ASBMR 2026 Annual Meeting.

The email promotes a “special promotional discount” for travel and hotel arrangements and requests recipients to contact a non-ASBMR email address. This communication is not from ASBMR.
