Annual Meeting support is acknowledged in the onsite program book, onsite signage, walk-in session slides, the ASBMR e-newsletter and the ASBMR website. Sponsorships should be submitted using the 2026 ASBMR Sponsorship Contract. These opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If more than one company pledges support for the same item, the identification of the supporting company will be made by lottery.
The ASBMR scientific program is developed by the Society's Annual Meeting Program Committee prior to, and independent of, educational grant support. In accordance with the standards of ACCME, the commercial supporters of this meeting have no influence over topics or speakers.
